For us its all about using the best, most fresh local produce to help head chef Henry ireson create modern, expressive, seasonal dishes. Fruit and veg from fishers of Newbury, Beef, pork & other local meat from griffins on the bridge in the high street, or eggs from beechwood farm in Hampstead Noreeys. We pride ourselves on supporting local business, whilst maintaining the highest quality & freshness of ingredients. Our menu changes in between and around the seasons, so here is just a sample of what we serve –
